I would not even give one star review . I have ordered two boba’s(ice blend and passion fruit tea). Both were terrible. When I checked the iced blend it was like liquid instead of iced blend. I asked to make it thick and she took out half of the liquid and added ton of ice and gave me a watered down just full of big ice chunks and no flavor one. The passion fruit tea is so bitter. The worst experience I even had at a boba place. Won’t want to come back again. Such a worst experience.

Went there about an hour before closing and I bought a Peach black tea with peach boba pearls and I started making my way home before I took a sip of it. When I arrived home, I finally took a drink of it and it ended up tasting like soap so I went back about 30 minutes before they closed and told them it tasted like soap and that I was wondering if it was possible to get a replacement. They said that they don't use soap to clean the things they use to make the tea and that they were also already closed/closing down. So I had to toss the whole thing. Mind you, this boba tea is $7-$8 depending on add-ons.

I ordered 2 taiyaki, buldak, tteukbbokki, fried rice, 1 appetizer, and 2 boba drinks, meant for two person . It’s plenty for two people, I totally understand. But after I placed the order, the lady from the kitchen comes to us and starts to fuss at both of us for ordering too many and should’ve called ahead. I’m sorry, but this is my first time here, and didn’t see any advertising that info anywhere. I apologized and told her that I didn’t know. But she just continued to fuss and complain, which I understand where she is coming from and how frustrating it is, but why tell that to a customer who had NO idea? She told us to be more mindful for next time, but there won’t be a next time. Congratulations, you lost what little customer you had left. Maybe manage your staff a bit better? Or lessen the food items so you’re not overworking your workers? Definitely won’t be here to see the change though.

i went in 30 minutes before close (i admit, that’s kinda cutting it, but the boba craving was big) the girl took my friends order, made his drink and then walked away while i just stood there at the order place. she stared me in the eyes and ignored me. i’m hurt but luckily Taiyaki Sweets just a block away is open later and tasted much better

Super cute tea shop! My son and I are boba tea fanatics and we have had boba tea all over this great country and we feel that bbibbi is top tier! The food is so yummy and the creative tea combos and flavors are well made and served by the sweetest staff! 10/10 would recommend!
